A sluggish site, a server to harden, a script that does not exist yet: that is exactly the kind of message I like to receive.
One craftsman, in France, nothing subcontracted and no call centre — the person answering you is the one who will open the terminal. I treat your problems as if they were mine.
This aisle covers the machine and bespoke code. The WordPress modules already written and ready to install are on the other page, from €39 — see the pricing.

Prices excluding tax; a one-person business not liable for VAT. Free quote with no commitment: beyond a simple call-out, the amount is agreed before anything starts, never discovered at the end.
What a call-out includes
- A written survey before anything is touched: what is running, what is exposed, what is no longer backed up.
- A fallback backup taken before the first change, and kept for the agreed period.
- Every command run, written down in a readable report — you keep the record even if you change provider.
- Access handed back at the end: no SSH key and no account in my name stays on your machine, except under monthly monitoring.
- Access to the direct chat, handed over on order: that is where your emergencies go afterwards, picked up within the hour.
- One month of support after the job: any side effect of what was done is put right at no extra charge.
How it works
- You describe the problem by e-mail or through the form below. A rough description is fine: I will ask the missing questions. If it is urgent, say so in the subject. Already a client? Use the direct chat instead: picked up within the hour.
- I answer within 24 to 48 h with a first diagnosis, the estimated time and the price. Nothing starts without your written agreement.
- I do the work on the agreed date, then you receive the report, your access back, and what is left to keep an eye on.
Monthly monitoring — €89/month, no minimum term
The plan for machines you no longer want to watch yourself. A started month is due, and you stop whenever you like.
| Every week | Every month |
|---|---|
| System security updates · log review · disk and memory status · a test restore of one random file from the backup | Written report: what was done, what happened, what is about to become a problem · certificate renewal · firewall and access review |
Alerts reach you by e-mail. If the machine goes down you do not have to tell me: I see it.
The everyday tools
nginx · apache · certbot/TLS · docker · docker-compose · systemd · ufw · nftables · fail2ban · openssh · borg · restic · rsync · cron · logrotate · postfix · mariadb · postgresql · redis · php-fpm · wp-cli · ansible
Hosts I meet most often: OVH, Scaleway, Hetzner, Infomaniak — and shared hosting without root, which has constraints of its own. Server down: on order, every client gets access to the direct chat. That is where emergencies go afterwards: you write, I take over within the hour. For a first request, use the form and say it is urgent in the subject — I answer as fast as I can, but the within-the-hour promise is reserved for existing clients, who have the chat.
What I bring with me
Three modules I wrote for my own work and install for the duration of a job: a security dashboard that brings together firewall, fail2ban and backup status; a file manager with an editor and a terminal; a mail client built into the admin. They are not for sale — they touch the system too closely to be left behind unattended, and I remove them when I leave.
